Annie taught me about the science and evidence behind mindfulness before we started to learn informal practices together that I could fit into my day. I'm now so much more self aware and have realistic plans in place for a better work/life balance.


I now know there's no such thing as a quick fix. Changing behaviours takes time and with Annie's guidance I now have tools and strategies in place to manage my emotions in my current challenging work situations. 


I did tend to blame society for all my problems. With some daily stillness, I now know I have choices and can take baby steps towards a better and calmer future. Thanks Annie.
